Domestic Orders

(1-3 days)

 
  • All Domestic orders are shipped using Australia Express Post.
  • Orders placed before 3pm will be same-day dispatch.
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Free over $150

$10 under $150

International Orders

(1-10 days approx.)
  • All International orders are shipped using Australia Post Standard International Post (no tracking).
  • Please email info@gracewillowthelabel.com if you would like to organise shipping that includes tracking.

$30 for standing shipping without tracking

 

Additional Notes (please read before placing your order):

Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

Please note that international shipments can incur customs or import duties, taxes or delays once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local post office. 

All deliveries will be under "authority to leave" unless requested otherwise. 

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail including the tracking details of your parcel if available. Alternatively, you can log in to your account to access this information. Grace Willow the Label does not accept responsibility for your item once it has left our premises.

Delays may occur for the following reasons, but are not limited to: sale periods, public holidays and items available for pre-order. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be processed. In the event that your order is affected by delay, customer care will contact you immediately.

Certain styles may be listed for pre-order to be made available as per the date on the description. We do not take cancellations nor issue refund on pre orders. any items ordered along with any pre-order items will be delivered as per our standard shipping terms and not held for later delivery.
